erdington (also known as Thomas Swingler or just Swingler) is a lyricist/songwriter currently residing in Newtown, Wellington. He has found his home within the local acoustic scene, crafting honest music that inhabits thought, depth and a positive darkness. Inspired by his love for Aotearoa, erdington’s music mines what it is to be human – stirring songs of life, love and eternity that possess a laid back and conscious energy.
Moodscapes abound Queenstown’s indie singer-songwriter Sofia Machray like a breath of fresh mountain air. Sofia's captivating lyrics and dynamic guitar playing are well-matched by her uniquely raw vocal style, conveying authenticity and pure emotion. Growing up surrounded by the mountains, she draws her inspiration from around her, intrigued by the way we operate as humans. Sofia’s captivating lyrics are matched by her dynamic guitar playing, sharing similarities with Indie legends such as ‘Daughter’ and ‘Hoizer.’
